About this house rental
This is a spacious 3 Bed 2.5 Bath in a great location in Edwards. It’s a 10 min drive to the chairlifts in Arrowhead and free parking makes this a great access point to Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch chairlifts. It’s also an easy access to i70 and 20 min to Vail weather permitting and 5min to restaurants, shopping and all Riverwalk has to offer with great hiking trails or even an afternoon stroll out the backdoor.
This 2 level townhome has all new furnishings, beds, mattresses along with new bedding and towels. The open plan kitchen is well equipped and is great for entertaining family and friends along with a very comfortable warm living room and gas fireplace. The living room also offers a video arcade game with tons of old school games for great entertainment with an exceptional amount of natural light and mountain views from the deck. This unit has 2 parking spaces right in front and has super easy access to I70.

The property is nice. The only thing to take in consideration is the bedrooms are upstairs. So getting our luggage with a family of 5 was a little hectic going up the stairs. The house was spacious
The washer/dryer is a combination and something we had a little trouble to use. It would be beneficial to maybe have directions by the washer/dryer. But we had a great Spring Break with our granddaughters

The start of our ski vacation wasn’t going to well. Our flight was extremely delayed causing our arrival to be in the middle of the night. After arriving to the property at 4 am ready to fall into a bed. We tried the provided code and couldn’t get in. We contacted the property manager and was told our reservation wasn’t until following day. I had made a huge mistake and my family was left exhausted and with no where to sleep. The property manager was understanding even though it was my fault. Once the current renters were gone they had the place promptly and throughly clean and we were able to get in early at 11am. They even brought in our grocery that we had delivered. The owner’s kindness and some sleep made us soon forget about our rocky start and we had a great trip. The condo is 10 min to the beaver creek car lot and there is no traffic. Everything we needed was there, we even cooked a couple of nights. Downtown Edwards is only 5 min away and has several nice restaurants and a movie theatre.
The space was perfect for our family of four and was clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

This property had a very well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. It was very clean and perfect for 6 people. It was the perfect place to relax after skiing all day. The drive to Vail ski resort was 15 minutes and very easy. Would definitely recommend highly!

My family (3 adults, 2 children under 12) enjoyed staying here for 3 nights. Like most ski rentals it was a little dated and had some wear and tear, but was very clean and organized. The kitchen was well appointed with pots, pans, utensils, etc. There was a built in water filter and the knives were even sharp. We would stay here again.
