This small one-room apartment in the attic (!!! sloped ceilings, low ceiling height) features a living/sleeping area with two single beds, a kitchen-living room with a dining area (TV), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Terrace and parking space next to the house.

The house is located in a quiet, idyllic dune setting just a few meters from the popular Nordbad beach.
Shopping & restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The house is named after Norderney’s landmark, “das Kap.”
