    I booked a deluxe double room but I was given a single room and on top of it I was asked to pay extra to use AC. Agoda clearly mentions that AC is included but the receptionist denied it. Also the bed was not clean and toilet was filled with cockroaches and mosquitoes and one of the window pane in the bathroom was missing through which insects were coming. Worst part was no water coming in after 10 AM. Even after informing one of the helper no action was taken and finally had to check out.

    Literally one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The room looked clean at first but after checking in, we noticed the place was very old, and the bed sheets had stains. The bathroom was also old, with spider webs and dirt in both the room and the bathroom . There were no proper amenities either. They only provided a single sachet of shampoo and one bar of soap. There was nothing else. Never going back👍.
