Ease of checking in, good value for money, enough towels and soap, air conditioning. Not very easy to get to given the state of the streets around there but still convenient enough location for an overnight stay after a late flight.
Some items not working properly, like the kitchen tap, bedroom curtain falling over and kettle, insufficient maintenance and not enough bed linen. I recommend asking for more bed sheets before getting there if you’re not willing to share, there were only two sets for four people. Best to take a taxi/uber to it, it doesn’t have a bus stop nearby so we had to walk with our suitcases for 10-15 min, on a narrow and badly paved side walk next to a very busy street.

The booking.com said clearly that the parking is free, but they charged extra 10 EUR per 2 days for parking. Here was a bit difficult to get the key from the keybox (3-4 attempts). There was a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom, but it was quite bearable.
