All in all it was good. The location is quite close to the airport and near many shops. Quite cozy with a number of beds and two bathrooms. For me, it's complete with necessities.
No lift and no door grill. The neighbouring apartments seemed to be occupied with construction workers, so it is lacking in security.

Very clean and comfortable. The water heater working well and water pressure is strong. Facilities like kitchen utensil, hairdryer, shampoos, etc were provided. Kind host as well.
Door grill needs to be fix but owner will be fixing it soon.
