Era cómodo y bien equipado

Cuando llegamos y durante toda la estancia no tuvimos agua. Bajamos al contador y estaba cortado , así que nos pusimos en contacto con la propietaria pero después de 24 horas contestó indicando que lo revisaría , pero nos fuimos y seguíamos sin agua ….ademas el apartamento estaba bien equipado y las camas estaban limpias pero el sofá, sillas y alfombras estaban bastante sucias … la tapa del wc estaba rota ..

Molto spaziosa e accogliente

The location is great! Short walk to the heart of Porto, parking was easy to find around the small park near the building and supermarket just down the stairs of apartment. Is a first floor, so not too difficult to push suitcases. It’s a big and very bright apartment and you feel warm and cozy there. Balcony in both rooms and TV with Netflix, shower is good, everything was clean..

Small details which is so easy to improve to provide excellent service to your customers, I wish they pay attention more to it. When we arrived was no single toilet paper in the house and we booked for a week to stay. Drying rack has to be immediately exchanged, is a shame to provide in this condition. Sofa has to be deeply cleaned, it’s full of stains, but I used cover to seat on it so didn’t bother me much, but my bf said it’s some smelly. Simple salt and pepper will be great to leave on kitchen there was nothing at all, we bought big size of liquids for washing machine and lot of toilet paper for next customers too, hope you will get it 😉

The location was great, the apartment is in general spacious and nice.

Even though we made the reservation for 4 people, the room wasn’t prepared accordingly, bedsheets and towels were missing, and they couldn’t help us until the next morning, so we had to sleep on a curtain piece that we found in one of the drawers in the bedroom. The couch in the living room was not comfortable and it has stains all over it, and it’s very hard to open to sleep on it, it took us 2-3 people to open it. The carpet has stains all over it, looks very dirty. The coffee machine is broken, the water and the coffee leaks out of it and the capsules cannot be used. The freezer’s door is broken and not closed properly. The cushions in the balcony are ripped off and very dirty to sit on. The ceiling lamp in the living room needs a new lightbulb. The wifi information in the living room is completely incorrect and they are not aware of that, we figured just to use the password on the box. So if you have the patience to deal with it all, go ahead and make a booking, but I don’t recommend. This apartment is simply made to let rent and they don’t care about the service or the fixing side of things. They didn’t care for a refund or discount or anything to take responsibility of their faults. The apartment door is very hard to lock, there’s a gap when closing it.
