We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids in Apple tree cottage , spent 4 nights from June 05. The place is good and has all basic amenities, including dishwater, washing machine, Owen and all other basic amenities in good condition, Ample parking space and good room heating facilities. There is a jacuzzi which is quite spacious. The open ground with zip line , swings etc make the children happy. Saintsburry is at a 5 min drive . Good place to feel detached and relax. Host Findlay was very prompt responsive and supportive
The only draw back was the pressure of water from the shower was surprisingly low .

The property was lovely with 2 bathrooms. The location was quiet but near to Linlithgow and places of interest like the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies.
We would definitely stay here again.
