Todo ha sido fantástico, hemos tenido tres habitaciones, una incluso con piscina privada y son amplias, nuevas y cómodas. El hotel es nuevo y el trato del personal no podía ser mejor, nos han preparado una buena cena que pedimos con antelación y estaba lista cuando llegamos. El desayuno a nuestra petición nos han preparado lo que pedimos y hemos desayunado en el porche a pie del lago. Sinceramente hemos estado muy a gusto

The location was excellent, the chef - Mr.Upasena churned out mouth-watering dishes based on your requests, the in-house manager - Mr.Ishaan is hands-on and always available to meet the smallest of our needs, the online support provided by Ms.Sofia is unbelievable as she is available 24x7 and responds instantly....All in all, one of the best properties, if not the BEST, I stayed till date. Will definitely visit a 2nd time, just to relax and do nothing at the property for its calm, serene surroundings and for its unbeatable hospitality.

What a place! What an amazing staff! What a site! Amazing facilities - much better than what is mentioned online and the pics depict! Delicious food even for veg folks like me. Staff made all efforts to ensure an extraordinary stay. One of the best places I have stayed in my 23 countries of travel experience.

It rained incessantly which doesn't usually happen in January. This restricted the movement and the sightings of Leopard in the park. But this exactly not about the hotel stay itself which I thoroughly loved! Staff here makes a special place an extraordinary experience! Kudos to the management and the owners.

La grandeur de ma chambre. La proximité du parc yala. La nourriture servie.

Le personnel en général, trop présent quand on mange, aucun intimité, à nous fixer sas arrêt. Tentative d'arnaques, plusieurs incompréhensions. Nous avons failli paye le double.. Parle peu anglais. Il faut tjs échanger avec la proprio qui n'est jamais sur place ! Et avec qui les échanges sont assez compliqués... Même pour commander le petit déjeuner. Chambre très sale à notre arrivée, tâches multiples, piscine sale, bêtes mortes, grenouilles mortes, etc. Le soir et la nuit, présence de blattes, cafards et grenouilles qui rentrent dans la chambre car en plus la porte à un espace important tout autour qui laisse entrer les animaux. Après avoir bien manifeste notre dégoût et insisté, la chambre à été un peu nettoyée. Pour le prix cela ne vaut pas la prestation. Impossible d'utiliser la douche et le bain, eau très froide pour se doucher... Piscine allumée qu'à notre arrivée donc pas chauffée à temps pour y aller... Nous avons aussi insister pour avoir une remise vu l'état exécrable de la chambre, remise de 5%applique sur les dinners. Faible comparé au prix de la chambre. Pour preuve aucun autre guest n'était présent...
