We booked a suite because the hotel description stated that the room had cooking facilities. However, there was no stove or cooking equipment available, only a microwave. The room description also mentioned a bathtub, but our room did not have one. The steam sauna was out of order during our stay. The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I mentioned this several times to the staff, but I was told that they were the hotel’s standard pillows. I have traveled to more than 50 countries and stayed in many hotels, and I can honestly say that these were among the most uncomfortable pillows I have experienced. During our 9-night stay, I could not sleep comfortably and often slept without using the pillow at all. The bathroom was in need of maintenance. The shower had problems, although to the hotel’s credit they changed our room after I reported the issue. The television channels were not working properly. I was unable to watch football matches. The hotel even replaced the television, but the problem was never resolved. On the positive side, the staff tried to help when issues were reported, and they changed our room and television. However, many of the facilities and features advertised in the room description were either unavailable or not functioning properly.

Couldn't use the pool without a swimming cap (which i didn't have and they dont sell). Looks much nicer in the pictures, Pool area cramped and dated. Roof was closed so no sunbathing. Staff are a little frustrating, Very slow to check in and out.
