Great location, great value for money. Thanks for a great week.

The keys had been left with a neighbour as we were very late into resort and the owner was unable to meet us but everything was as expected. Owner had sent photos of exactly how to find the apartment but unfortunately in the dark it was a little tricky to find but once we had worked it out it was all good. The apartment is located a stone's throw from the ski lifts and so it was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed was available. The kitchen was fully functional and the cooker extremely efficient. The microwave was also put to good use.

The apartment is small but we were expecting that - it was still a great little apartment. Possible room for improvements are:- The lighting in the main room is a little strange as there only seem to be plugged in lights with no main room light but they work and provide enough light. The way everything is plugged into a single very thin cable is a little unnerving but it all works until you move it then all the lights flicker. Could do with a bit of cable management to make it a bit safer. When the bunk beds are pulled down, the squeeze between the bed and the wall is made tricky by the shelf at eye level - watch out for that as you could easily bang your head. That shelf may not be so helpful. There are lots and lots of plates, bowls etc in a lot of the cupboards. This is really useful but, with a maximum capacity of 4 people there may be too many. This means that most of the cupboards are full of crockery where they may actually be better left empty to provide some storage space for luggage and clothes. Please don't misunderstand me, we LOVED the apartment and had a brilliant week but I always find constructive criticism helpful.

Despite the space of the apartment we found it workable and had a good time

Very close to skilifts. Nice private outdoor space with sun all day. Locker for keeping skies in the corridor. Quiet.

The description of the apartment does not much. The description says: One bedroom, one livingroom. There is no bedroom. The livingroom contains one bedsofa and one bunk bed. The description says 40 m2. It cannot possibly be that large. My best guess would be max 30 m2. Very many personal things in the apartment - not much place for putting our clothes/belongings.

Soggiorno in un tugurio

La posizione comodissima davanti alle piste e il posto auto al coperto

Nonostante la descrizione indicasse la presenza di una camera da letto l'appartamento è un piccolo monolocale con angolo cottura e un soggiornino con uno scomodo divano letto. L'arredo e le attrezzature sono obsoleti, la biancheria vecchia e spaiata (federe diverse e solo lenzuola sotto). Il boiler è molto piccolo perciò l:acqua è sufficiente per una sola doccia veloce Per quanto riguarda l'impianto elettrico ci sono multiple con tre prese attaccate e una cassetta di derivazione pericolosamente aperta. Infine la pulizia è stata piuttosto sommaria vista la polvere sulle mensole, i capelli nella doccia e nelle lenzuola. Per concludere manca un armadio o una cassettiera dove riporre gli abiti che abbiamo dovuto lasciare in valigia. La corrente è saltata più volte

Eccellente

Eccellente Innanzi tutto va detto che Bertu è come un’amico che ti affida ciò che ha di più importante, nelle tue mani. L’alloggio viene consegnato in condizioni perfette e con tutto quello che serve per soggiornare. Lenzuola, cuscini, asciugamani e persino la tovaglia su cui mangiare profuma di bucato appena fatto. Pertanto, rispettatelo e riconsegnatelo come l’avete trovato. Ho soggiornato da solo, ma si sta benissimo anche in due. Inoltre, l’alloggio di Bertu si trova in una posizione perfetta. Posto auto al coperto (privato) e spazio esterno, accessibile direttamente dall’appartamento, sono punti decisamente a favore. Di notte si dorme meravigliosamente e (tutti) nel comprensorio sono rispettosi del silenzio e degli spazi altrui. A Borgata vige il rispetto reciproco. È un luogo perfetto per famiglie, per rigenerarsi e per chi desidera staccare dalla routine quotidiana. Sestriere è raggiungibilissima a pochi minuti di macchina, ma Borgata rimane comunque più appagante perché meno caotica e snervante. Se siete dei fighetti o se siete in cerca di una suite andate altrove. Ciò che Bertu offre va ben oltre a tutto ciò. Qui si va per ritrovare se stessi. 5 stelle per Casa di Bertu.
