A casa é muito bem equipada. Tem ar condicionados em todos os espaços, máquina de lavar e de secar a roupa, máquina da louça entre outros. Além disto, o anfitrião foi bastante prestável.
Contudo, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar, principalmente das casas de banho e da cozinha. O microondas estava cheio de restos de comida, as sanitas claramente também não foram limpas, o lixo dos hóspedes anteriores continuava na casa, o frigorífico e o congelador também se encontravam bastante sujos e com um cheiro intenso.
