The beds are OK, there are ceiling fans and the location is quiet and calm. There is a parking space for your car. It feels like a normal safe location. If you want you can get bed sheets and a towel.

The beds are the only comfort you can find here. There's no hot water and no household items like cups and water cooker to make you some coffee or tea. Also there are no dust bins for any garbage you might have. The showers could use some cleaning, especially the doors. The place is completely empty, except for some plastic chairs and table. Some parts of the house are used for storage of commercial items. In the garden there's no place to sit. As we were only here to spend the night, it is ok, but very basic. You get what you pay for. A little upgrade would be so much better.
