Apartment in Ponte Vedra Beach

It was clean, quiet, and felt safe. I appreciated the secured door lock that required a code. I also appreciated the thermostat that allowed us to control the temperature. Several nice kitchen amenities.

A couple of folding luggage racks would have been helpful for a place to put our suitcases. A full length mirror in the bedroom would have been helpful too. The TV was not great. It did not have a clear picture unless you were sitting directly in front of it. The picture is foggy if you are sitting on the couches that were on either side of the TV. It was also hung crookedly on the wall. I didn’t understand the instruction to put all household waste in a white bin in the small bedroom.

It was in a quiet residential neighborhood. Plenty of room in the apartment and a spacious kitchen and bathroom.

Steep stairway up to the upstairs apartment, confusing directions about where to park, not the best communication with the host.

Great location near golf courses and beach. The kitchen is nice and everything you need is there. This is a great price for this location. Easy to enter and exit

The TV is there but you must use your own streaming service if you want to watch any TV, I used my computer. There is a sign in the kitchen saying no alcohol but that was not on the listing. They use scented laundry soap so all the bed linens and the towels smell like that, unfortunately I am allergic so I went to the store and bough sheets and a pillow. When stripping the bed I discovered the mattress was quite stained. Put my sheets on top but the mattress also smelled like the laundry detergent. This is not actually a 2 bedroom. On the side of the bedroom is a large laundry room where another bed is. You have to walk through the bedroom to get to the other bed. I did not need it but just a FYI just for future bookings.
