Newly remodeled Studio Condo across parking lot to Ocean

The only things that could improve is how uncomfortable the couch and pillows were.

This was our third stay in this condo. We love how quiet it is!! The condo is furnished nicely and was very clean. Short walk across the parking lot and down a boardwalk to the beach. We will be back!

The host was great with communication and the property immaculate. It had everything one would need for a perfect vacation. The beach is literally right across the parking lot and the host provides beach chairs to use. The location was great, close proximity to restaurants and a grocery store too. It is a gated property and being a female staying alone, I felt very safe. I was also impressed by how quiet and peaceful the property was.I definitely would stay again.

There is no lock on the sliding doors.This is a second floor unit with no lights on the stairway or outside light for the door. You need a flashlight. There is something hanging on a rope that does not throw any light.There was no box of tissue.A kettle to boil tea would be nice.The pillows were old and lumpy.The furnishings and decor were very basic.
