Frühstück war super z.B. konnte man zwischen Spiegelei, Rührei oder weichem Ei wählen. Tolle zentrale Lage in der Nachbarschaft der Residenz und Schlosspark Ellingen. Eine hochengagierte junge Familie betreibt das Hotel.
An der Durchgangstür des Familienzimmers ist ein Stück herausragendes Blech an dem man sich leicht verletzen kann. Das wird sicherlich demnächst entfernt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Auf dem Zimmer standen für jeden von uns eine Flasche Wasser sowie ausreichend Handtücher bereit. Die Zimmer sind ein echter Hingucker, man fühlt sich in eine andere Zeit zurückversetzt, ohne auf modernen Komfort verzichten zu müssen. Das Frühstück war richtig gut, schade das wir nicht zum Abendessen bleiben konnten. Ein großes Lob an dieses liebevoll geführte Familienhotel!
Hier gibt es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen.

Das Frühstück war wirklich toll und absolut ausreichend. Super freundliche Bewirtung. Man hat sich sehr sehr gut gekümmert.
Bei Ankunft um 19:30 Uhr war es bereits dunkel. Weil das Restaurant nicht geöffnet hatte, musste man über den Hintereingang über einen Schlüsselcode rein gehen. Der Innenhof war komplett dunkel - keine einzige Beleuchtung. Das war sehr gruselig und der Treppenaufgang war durch die Dunkelheit schwer zu betreten. Die Zimmer sind leider nicht so, wie in den Bildern bei Booking.com gezeigt.
