Beautiful surroundings, lovely activities and the breakfast buffet was really nice. The receptionist made us feel comfortable

There was an issue about communication between booking.com and the property. I think the staff did not handle it well at the beginning but made up for it. It was 8 adults + 1 child (12yo), but they hadn't added that 1 child. For some reason there was a fuss about Rs.1000 for the extra person. The reception guy was handling it well but a manager made it worse. All sorted later, they didn't charge us for it. It was slightly annoying since it was a long day before we checked in.

Great view of the mountain. Room was huge. Loved sitting on the balcony to soak up the sun.

A little bit noisy due to loud music played sometimes by the pool area. Food was not excellent. Only Indian breakfast.

Excellent location surrounded by valley,cool breeze flowing throughout the day,very calm ambiance.

The staff behaviour was poor. The kitchen was clearly understaffed, which resulted in slow service, and the behaviour of the kitchen staff was not acceptable. There were also guests making excessive noise at midnight, which seriously disturbed the stay.
