The apartment was very clean which we appreciated. We chose this accommodation because the interior appealed to us, especially the kitchen - very well equipped with everything we needed to make our meals. The bottle of Prosecco and the bottle of water in the refrigerator were welcome surprises. We were able to park our car in the secure parking space provided with the apartment. Enjoyed a glass of Prosecco evenings on the outside terrace.
The beds squeaked when we rolled over during the night. Surprising because literally everything is perfect in this apartment.

Eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Wohnung. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Sehr modern eingerichtet, was uns wirklich begeistert hat. Es fehlt an nichts, einfach wie Zuhause.
Auch ist ein Parkplatz sowie ein Unterstand für Fahrräder sind vorhanden.
Die Lage ist Top. Im Villenviertel Blasewitz. Nur wenige km in die City. Entweder mit dem Fahrrad an der Elbe entlang oder mit der Straßenbahn vor der Tür. Aber keine Angst vor Straßenlärm. Die Wohnung hat eine moderne Lüftungsanlage, so dass man die Fenster nachts schließen kann.

Gemütliche Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ruhig und gut gelegen, um mit dem Tram in die Innenstadt oder zum Schillerplatz zu fahren. Freundliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter, in der Wohnung hat es viele Informationen für die Gäste.
Wir sind mit dem Lüftungskonzept nicht gut zurecht gekommen, da man die Lüftung nicht ausschalten kann. Erst nach 4 Tagen zu spüren, kam die Erkältung.

Mieszkanie bardzo nowoczesne, czyste, wygodne, wyposażone we wszystko co jest we własnym mieszkaniu. Duża, ładna, funkcjonalna kuchnia. Jeśli czegoś zapomniałeś, na pewno znajdziesz w tym apartamencie. Piękna, willowa okolica. Jest pomieszczenie na rowery. Blisko przystanek tramwajowy. Do centrum jedzie się 20 minut.
Wszystko mi się podobało.
