What a fantastic place to stay, and it being in Clunes is an added bonus, with an easy walk down the street. The breakfast food left was plentiful and presented very tastefully. The bed was very comfortable, the heaters -which were a necessity - worked effectively. Our 3 nights there were not enough.

The breakfast was all fresh and tasty. The freshly picked plums were a treat and the avocado perfectly ripe. Fresh ciabatta was delicious with the butter and jam selection.
There was awful and very loud techno music playing well into the next morning on both nights so I was a bit bleary eyed at the Booktown Festival events which I attended. I'm sure half of Clunes could hear it but I didn't know who to complain to.
