Historic e Comfort suite - locazione semplice

Prime Location: Literally steps away from the Two Towers of Bologna. It is also an easy, pleasant walk from Bologna Centrale railway station, putting you right in the pulsing heart of the city. Space & Capacity: A very large apartment located in a charming historic building. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 separate bedrooms and 1 single bed. Comfort & Cleanliness: The mattresses are very comfortable, and the bed sheets were impeccably clean. The upstairs bathroom/toilet is also quite nice and modern. Value for Money: At around 80 EUR per night, the price-to-quality ratio is exceptionally high and definitely worth it Functional Access: While entering the building downstairs is a bit quirky, the locks work properly, and it is completely manageable with a little care. Perfect for family!!!

Noise: The apartment is quite noisy, even at night, due to its central location. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Climate Control: There is only one air conditioning unit for the entire large space. This is insufficient for adequately heating or cooling the whole apartment during extreme weather (especially cold days). Language Barrier: The hosts speak exclusively Italian and do not know any English, which can make communication a bit challenging for international travelers. Amenities: Toiletries such as shower gel and soap were missing, so guests should remember to bring their own.

Sijainti erinomainen.
