The AC works very well. The beach is truly one of the highlights of Koh Lanta, easily accessible at all times, not affected by tides in the same way as many other beaches, and pleasantly uncrowded. The availability of free sunbeds and umbrellas is also a great advantage. For travelers primarily looking to enjoy the sun and the beach, this location is an excellent choice. The inclusion of food is a nice addition. However, there are also many nearby restaurants offering a wide variety of options. In comparison, the on-site kitchen may feel more average, although the breakfast menu is great.
I would like to share an honest impression that may be helpful for future guests. While the hosts are very kind and the property description is accurate, especially regarding the compact size of the houses, there is one aspect that might not be immediately clear from the listing or existing reviews. The location is quite close to a busy road, with houses situated only a few meters away. As a result, traffic noise is noticeable (inside the house), particularly for those who are sensitive to sound or seeking a peaceful environment. Koh Lanta is a lively and touristic island, and this area reflects that energy. I am sharing this simply to help set expectations for travelers who prioritise quiet surroundings.

We loved everything about our stay! The bungalow was cosy and comfortable with the most incredible view of the beach. Amazing hospitality and everything that was included made our stay extra special!
Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!

Thailands best hosts and staff. Bruce and Anna are the most kind and welcoming people with the best service possible. Absolutely loved the beach front tiny home and will definitely be back.

We had an amazing 5 days at Walden. The location was great, right on the beach and close to some nice restaurants for sunset. The owners and staff were absolutely amazing, they made us feel like family. The service was above and beyond. We would definitely go back .
