I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Lanta Nice Beach Resort for a family holiday.

Beautiful clean beach very close by. Easy access to many restaurants and bars. I appreciated the bottled water and the extra loo rolls each day.

I would have liked a shower that could be adjusted to point downwards. I had to take it off the wall and hold it, or it would have sprayed across the room. One bedside lamp didn't work, not really a problem. It would be more convenient if there was a socket close to where the kettle is situated.

Great location, great value for money

have stayed in this hotel multiple times over the years. it's great value for money. The forest side bungalows are quiet and nice, the beach side is a bit more lively, but worth it for being right by the beach. I'd say this hotel is great value for money, it has everything you need, and it's clean. Also the location is just about perfect. Far enough south on Klong Nin that it's really quiet, but it's a 5 minute walk to the more popular restaurants and bars. Will stay here again if they have availability next time we're going.

Beds are a bit hard, so not super comfortable. Also the fuse for the bathroom kept tripping, so we had to reset it every time we went to take a shower.

Useful location, great beach spoiled by road noise and poor view from pool

Right on the beach. Lovely beach facing restaurant. Nice accommodation.

Owners decided to build a yoga sala at the end of the pool destroying the view from the pool to the sea. Not showing on the online pics. Absolutely idiotic decision but so typical. Horizon road onto which the resort backs has way too many locals driving/riding far too fast with very noisy exhausts. Road side restaurants are opposite side of road so only a matter of time before someone is injured or worse trying to cross the road in the evening.

paradise!

my friend and I have been travelling Thailand and this is our favorite place we’ve stayed at. The location was brilliant, beachfront, amazing pool. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the restaurant next door had a wide variety of options and it was all good food. the bar next door was also lovely and a great place to have a beer and watch the sunset! rooms were spacious and clean, beds very comfy. will definitely be visiting again!

Stunning, relaxing and friendly staff

The rooms were lovely and big, the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a TV with Netflix, YouTube etc options. The pool was lovely, right on the beach. One of my favourite parts of this hotel was the lovely staff, both at the hotel, and the restaurant and bar attached… where the food and drinks were delicious! Had originally booked for 3 nights but extended 2 more because we didn’t want to leave!

Spacious, clean, room service comes round everyday, restaurant food is top notch. DJ at bar next door is brilliant, outdoor shower by the pool, beds are comfy.

Bathroom floor could get wet due to shower drainage system, smart TV doesn’t always work.

Relaxed weekend in a beautiful location, a room with a view right on the beach. Superb!!

The room was on the sunny side of the resort, right next to the pool and with a good view of the beach and sea. Outside was a small patio area with table and chairs, allowing us to sit in the sun, relaxing whilst we watch the waves, both during the day and at night. Very peaceful location at this time of year. Great room, very spacious with en-suite facilities and A/C. Great big bed also, very comfortable compared to other beds. Easy access to amenities, and close enough to local shops etc to walk without too much hassle. But far enough away to avoid excessive noise. Great local community, met lots of nice people. not too touristy either. Facilities being revamped at this time of year, so not everything open, but this didn't impact our stay. Very helpful staff, very friendly

Locally this time of year is quieter, so some local amenities not open yet, but cannot blame the resort for this. The wifi dropped out on occassion, which impacted the tv system a little. Pool was closed for essential maintenance, but not for too many days and this cannot be helped either. Maintenance is very important for health and safety.

Great location and quiet, but our stay was ruined by the theft of 3,000 baht from our room.

We liked the location and the quietness.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel from August 24 to 28. The location is beautiful, right on the beach, and the staff were friendly. However, on the second-to-last day, someone went through our bag in the room and 3,000 baht disappeared. We did not find out who was responsible, but we were the only guests there together with the staff. Despite their kindness, we are deeply disappointed, we no longer have confidence, and we do not recommend this hotel.

I guess this is what you get for this cheap price.

At night it had a lovely atmosphere with outside vendors coming to do fire dancing. Really cheap.

We were greeted by a rude manager telling us we have to wait one hour because our room was still not clean. (This was after check in time). We had to change rooms mid stay. The rooms are only surfaced cleaned and not well taken care of. One of employee took a possible client to view my room size while I was naked in bed and he peeked through the window. They simply apologised and looked at me as if I was the weirdo who got upset at them and that the incident was not a big deal. Air-cons were not clean and We had to ask them to clean the filters first. Our rooms were only cleaned around 5pm daily except when we asked them to do so sooner. When we checked out, they simply took the keys. Very unwelcoming place. It might be culture or language differences but we have traveled all over and never got this.

Dream location, paradise.

We had a beach front bungalow and location could not be beaten. The beach is spotless, quiet, swimming was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, we would have stayed extra nights but they were fully booked. The sunset was incredible. We would return in an instance.

There was a drain smell in the bathroom, a smart TV would be good. Breakfast was a disappointment as limited choice. The whole complex could use some money spent on it, it's a little shabby inside the room. There was no possibility of hiring kayaks despite perfect conditions.

We were in a bungalow across the road from the main units. No wireless, noisy as we adjoined another room, could hear the guy snoring in next room. Food served cold for breakfast buffet....i booked a double and got 2 single beds. Would not upgrade as booked out?

We booked two beachfront bungalows and one was the premium one at the very front. Great rooms, a great beach to wake up to. Rooms were clean and comfortable, beds very comfy and we had everything we needed. The restaurant catered for all and the food was good. The pool was clean and the water fresh - not overly chlorinated like a lot of pools tend to be. The massages were great and right on the beach. The staff were great. Nothing not to like - absolute bargain at this price. Also my daughter left her AirPods in the room and the staff sent them to us at our hotel in Bangkok! Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful place!

Great location, beautiful and clean beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Every day room cleaning. Nice clean bungalows with Bali style shower. 300-400 m to 7/11 and Tesco with market.
