La ubicación, y la zona súper tranquila de noche.

En general todo fue bien. Loft muy limpio con ropa de cama limpia y todo lo necesario para la estancia. Familia con dos niños y un perro pequeño, nos alojamos casi dos semanas por una reforma en casa y todo fue bien. Sin duda lo volvería a utilizar si lo necesitase, aunque el precio es muy elevado.
El fuego de la vitrocerámica funcionaba regular. Mal aparcamiento, sobre todo entre semana. El loft solo tiene una plaza de garaje pero había muchas sin utilizar en el parking, sabiendo que se aparca mal te podrían permitir aparcar dentro si nadie usa las plazas. Es un polígono industrial, la zona no tiene servicios cerca como supermercados, parques, restaurantes, etc.

The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen and has a/c. The house is big and can accommodate a family of four easily. Big terrace and parking space in the basement. The cleaning is done at the beginning.
The building is in an industrial area, very busy during the day, but safe. A little bit noisy during the night due to the presence of other lofts. A car is essential, because there’s no supermarket or public transportation around.

La almohada de la cama grande, el colchón, y la falta de limpieza. No estaba sucio, pero tampoco lo limpio que es de esperar. Necesita una buena limpieza de la tapicería del sofá y de las sillas del comedor
