The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen and has a/c. The house is big and can accommodate a family of four easily. Big terrace and parking space in the basement. The cleaning is done at the beginning.
The building is in an industrial area, very busy during the day, but safe. A little bit noisy during the night due to the presence of other lofts.
A car is essential, because there’s no supermarket or public transportation around.

Localização. É uma area industrial, longe de tudo, tivemos que andar bastante para encontrar um mercadinho. Foi o unico incoveniente

La almohada de la cama grande, el colchón, y la falta de limpieza. No estaba sucio, pero tampoco lo limpio que es de esperar. Necesita una buena limpieza de la tapicería del sofá y de las sillas del comedor
