Apartament przede wszystkim czysty, zadbany i przestronny . Wspaniała lokalizacja i łatwość dostępu nawet w godzinach późno wieczornych .

Modernes, helles und freundliches Apartment. Gute Lage um Oradea zu erkunden. Großer Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Gute Waschmaschine. Lift war sehr hilfreich!
Es fehlten Geschirrhandtücher, aber es gab eine Spülmaschine. Sinnvoll wäre eine Nachtischlampe im Schlafzimmer, zumal sich das Deckenlicht nicht vom Bett aus schalten lässt. Die Klimaanlage schaffte es nicht auf die gewünschte Temperatur runter zu kühlen, wohl auch weil die Sonne in den Flur schien und die Verdunkelungsrollos sich dort nicht nach unten bewegten.

Locatie usor accesibila, centrala. Apartament foarte bine dotat, informatii complete primite de la administrator. Parcare subterana, cu loc rezervat.
Momentan nu a fost cazul, dar cred ca in timpul verii e mai greu de gestionat caldura in dormitor unde nu este aer conditionat.

Apartamentul se afla într-un imobil nou, prevăzut cu lift și loc de parcare subteran, într-o zonă liniștită. Este curat, călduros și dotat cu toate cele necesare unei șederi confortabile, indiferent daca este de scurtă sau lungă durată. Este pe sistemul self check-in, interacțiunea fizica cu proprietarul fiind zero. Per total, un raport bun preț/calitate.
