Great location for the reason of our visit. Very comfortable space and perfect for our short stay. Absolutely love the view!
The only thing was that we arrived late in the day and the house was super cold, and took us a while to defrost. The little oil heaters in each room were helpful, but not enough to take the chill off the rooms on an unusally cold Hobart night.

Clear (on-time) instructions as promised - absolutely no issues accessing the property. I've stayed here before as the location is superb, so easy to make it your hub and travel about from there. So good to have a 'home' to come home to every day. Full amenities, lovely bonus bottle of wine! Comfy beds and pillows, a great soaking tub and separate shower. How great to also have a second toilet in the laundry. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again and recommending to others.
There's nothing I didn't like, but a clothes dryer would be handy! Also a set of kitchen tongs and a decent spatula. Otherwise cannot fault the place!
