Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig mitten im Wald. Man hat Ruhe und sehr viel Platz, kann bei gutem wetter spazieren gehen oder einfach draußen sitzen.

Wofür die Unterkunft nichts kann: Die letzten anderthalb Kilometer des Weges zum Haus bestehen aus einer Sandpiste mit vielen Schlaglöchern.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, mit allem, was man im täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Über Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle war alles vorhanden. Absolute Ruhe garantiert, wenn man die Pferde- Geräusche mal ausblendet. Aber der Stall in der direkten Nachbarschaft ist ja bekannt und angegeben.

Das W- Lan war in den letzten beiden Tagen kaum nutzbar
