It features a small beach, bathing jetties with a diving platform, a playground, and a sunbathing lawn.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Landlord lives on the same property. Washing machine and dryer can be used in the neighboring house by arrangement and for a fee.
