Everything was great

There was no single thing to complain

The room sizes, comfortable beds, plenty of space, good condition and good showers

Could do with a little more hands on information. I.e how to sort the rubbish and dispose of it correctly

We were 5 adult friends staying in this apartment for vacation for a week. -The apartment itself is big and rooms and toilets are good enough for 5 people. But i wouldn't recommend for more then 5 people. - Kitchen has good equipment. Even that the kitchen bar was small with 2 chairs only, we found it as great spot for everyone to meet and organise about the day. Would be greater if there were more bar chairs, but and this was good. -There is dining table and big sofa, but kind of was not our spot. There are 3 balconies but view is not so great. There are AC but in our stay we don't use it. - Parking infront of the building was free, and great that we could use it.

- Bed felt bit small. We are quite tall people so in one of the bedroom the bed was bit smaller. -Wardrobe is old, and kind of has smell on old. Hangers are missing in the bathroom. There is big closet but only 1 hanger in one of the bathrooms. -Throwing the garbage is bit complicated in Italy. It is expected that you will select and throw the garbage on a specific day. But until the last day you kind of have some garbage for example plastic, that was suppose to be throw on 2 days before. Or same thing with the organic garbage. They are collecting the specific garbage infront the building. And if you have some garbage left then you need to find trash bin somewhere else. This might can be handled differently to not run into the area and look for trash bins. - Location is not great, next to prison. Even though that is only 2km from city center, the area is quite unattractive. There are not that many places to go out, or something interesting. You need to go to the city center. It is bit dirty area as well. - View from the balcony is into the next building. We didn't get that impression from the photos.

1. Do funcionário que nos acolheu antipático, agressivo e cheio de pressa. Estava contrariado. 2. Da limpeza péssima loiça suja guardada nos armários 3. Da plataforma de check-in que nao respondia às questoes/necessidades Acabei por pagar mais 26.00 de uma alteração de reserva pois por precaução e porque ninguém me ajudou da wonderfull italy a resolver, apesar das diversas tentativas de contacto. Acabei por registar o nome de cada um fos hospedes na booking. Se se enganarem na plataforma não conseguem editar e nao têm ninguém para desbloquear a situação. 4. Não há torradeira e a máquina nespresso que referem é um bluff. Existe uma máquina de café que é velha de pó de café que nao funciona bem. A loiça é uma porcaria parca e uma de cada nação. Háapenas um copo de pé alto. . Os individuais estavam sujos. E a limpeza deixava a desejar. Não há colheres suficientes nem um simples pano de cozinha. Os coxins das cadeiras estavam nojentos.Pagamos pelo apartamento por 2 noites msis de 500€ +:48.00 de taxa turística
