The collection of the keys was very easy, you just had to collect from their office a 10 min drive from the villa.
The villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed, it was in a great location with bars, a restaurant and a small supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. It was also very peaceful.
Unfortunately even though the inside of the villa was very clean the outside was not. There was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the outside table and lots of leaves and debris that needed sweeping up when we arrived, we felt that the cleaners should have taken care of this before we arrived.
There was also no information booklet so we had no idea how some appliances worked and also what items to put into which recycling bag in the kitchen.
