Villa was very spacious and had everything you would need for cooking etc. The bbq area was amazing and the bedrooms were so spacious. Great location to get into town or beach. The agent at Villa Guzman were very attentive and helpful - a pleasure to deal with.
Upstairs bathroom could do with a bit of maintenance as the shower head holder was falling off when showering. Was also a bit of a pain having to collect keys from 8km away at the office or you pay to get them dropped to you.

I had to sweep up inside and out, not sure if the previous people had dogs but there weee black hairs everywhere, not the best start.

Easy and good straight forward communication. It was a bit of a drive from the villa, maybe 20 minutes.
Keys could be left at the villa without a €50 charge.
