Enjoyed the whole holiday

The view was great, the property was very nice and well kept.

Not dislike, just important to know that parking isn’t right next but up a little hill. Just important to know as we had someone on wheelchair.

The location on the park was great. Fantastic views of the onsite beach. The caravan was clean and tidy and had most things needed, including airer and hoover to help keep it tidy during our stay.

Lack of lamps in the bedrooms for softer lighting. Towels and bedding not included. Parking was a nightmare. Other caravans had multiple cars resulting in us not having a space for our 1 vehicle! No designated space for the caravan.

We had a lovely stay overall and our children really enjoyed their time here, which was the most important thing for us. The property is well maintained and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into providing the little essentials such as salt, sugar, old that guests might need. As this was our first experience staying in a caravan, we hadn't quite appreciated how compact caravans can be, so that was more an expectation mismatch on our part rather than an issue with the property itself. During our stay, however, we experienced a number of issues, including no internet connection and a DVD player that wasn't working. As a result, we had to contact the owners several times. To their credit, they were very responsive and resolved the DVD player issue quickly so we could still enjoy a movie night with the kids. That said, we would have preferred not to encounter multiple problems during what was meant to be a relaxing break. Despite these issues, the owners were helpful throughout, and our children had a fantastic time. Thank you for that.

Our biggest issue was the internet connection. We arrived to find there was no internet available, which was a significant problem as one of us needed to work during the stay. The next day, we managed with a patchy 4G signal for a few work and Teams calls, but it was far from reliable. Joyce was very responsive and explained that the previous guests had apparently used the monthly data allocation. She topped it up for us straight away, which we appreciated, but it still wasn't sufficient for working remotely. In the end, we largely had to accept that we would be without internet for most of the holiday, as 4G/5G was very patchy.. We were extremely careful with the additional data, avoided streaming completely, and did not use Netflix or any other streaming services. Given that, it was disappointing that connectivity remained such a significant issue throughout our stay. There were also a few smaller niggles that could do with some attention. For example, the kettle was heavily scaled and would benefit from a descale. None of these issues on their own would have affected our stay, but together with the internet problems they did detract from what was otherwise a pleasant holiday.
