Locația excelenta,aproape de piață si gară,checkin usor de facut,dupa indicatii.Camera destul de mare,cu balcon,curată,cu multe spatii de depozitare,patul confortabil. Gazda forte primitoare,comunicativă si de ajutor (am cerut o pilotă mai groasă). În zona de luat masa ai tot ce-ți trebuie pentru încălzit, cafea/ceai,chiar și fursecuri,fructe,vesela,etc.
Camera a fost lângă zona de luat masa,se auzeau oaspeții galagiosi, iar fumul de țigară a pătruns foarte repede in cameră desi am încercat să captusim ușa. Credeam că nu era permis fumatul in interior,dar realitatea a fost alta.

Stanza molto carina e silenziosa, bagno grande. In una traversa vicina alla via principale. Il proprietario super disponibile in ogni esigenza e molto cortese.
Si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore, comprensibile dato che si trova in un edificio storico a Ballarò.

La habitación y el baño eran amplios y cómodos. El recibimiento personal y la atención de Davide fue muy correcta y es de agradecer. La ubicación está bien porque está cerca de la estación de tren y autobús y también cerca del centro caminando pero a la vez es lo más negativo.
La zona no es nada recomendable para el alojamiento turístico en general. Es un lugar donde los vecinos tienen su rutina y una forma de vida muy propia en la calle, como es lógico además en verano, y más concretamente en esta zona de la ciudad caracterizada por el mercado y la venta en la calle (ruido, basura acumulada por todas partes...). Alojándote aquí como turista en un piso sin más entre las casas de los vecinos (muchas veces a pie de calle) te sientes fuera de sitio y literalmente estás ocupando sus lugares e interrumpiendo sus rutinas, que como turistas no nos pertenecen. No repetiría mi estancia en este alojamiento ni en ninguno similar (tipo airbnb) en un barrio todavía tan propio de Palermo, no por los servicios o las instalaciones de este apartamento en concreto (que está muy bien y por supuesto todo está orientado a hacerte la estancia cómoda), sino porque sobran alojamientos turísticos como este en general y más concretamente los que se encuentran en lugares cuyo día a día choca tanto con este modelo turístico.
