We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. The location was perfect for us, just a 6–7 minute walk from both the bus and train stations, which made it very easy to visit a different city every day. It is also close to the historic center and there are several shops nearby. We chose the apartment with the garden and it was an excellent decision. The garden was green, peaceful, and pleasantly cool, making it the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening before going to bed. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, including a microwave. Coffee and tea were available at all times. As a nice surprise, the mini fridge in the room was stocked with complimentary water, beer, and drinks for an aperitivo, and there was even a bottle of red wine waiting for us in the room. The apartment was equipped with many useful amenities, including air conditioning, a hairdryer, an iron, and plenty of clean towels. We also greatly appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the property after check-out and before our flight, which made our last day much more comfortable. A special mention goes to Giacomo, who was an exceptional host. He was very attentive, friendly, and communicative. We stayed in touch via WhatsApp before our arrival and he was always available to answer questions. The check-in process was extremely simple thanks to the clear instructions he provided. We highly recommend this apartment for its excellent location, cleanliness, great facilities, and, above all, the outstanding hospitality of the host.

The area around the train station is somewhat busy and, as is often the case in many European cities, it can appear a bit untidy at times. However, this did not affect our stay in any way. My mother and I often returned late in the evening from our day trips, and we always felt completely safe walking back to the apartment.

Excellent location to the city centre, public transport and entertainment.

Great location close to Central Station and Bus Terminal. The room was quiet as it opened onto the internal courtyard. The host was absent, but welcoming and attentive on WhatsApp with loads of suggestions. An easy option for those passing through. Would we return here? - Yes

Ground floor in an old property meant that there was a little bit of damp on the bedroom walls, but either opening the courtyard door, or running the aircon cleared any sense of dampness. Others have said the area is a bit rough, but we found it was fine. No issues, and property access was secure.

The room is nice and clean.

This is not a bed and breakfast! this is the description of a bed and breakfast: A bed and breakfast (B&B) is a small lodging establishment, often a private home or guesthouse, where guests can stay overnight and are served breakfast the following morning, typically included in the price. This is a big apartment with shared rooms, the owner makes great business, making 300 euros or more per day if every room is busy. There is no stove in kitchen, no-one at reception, you have a coffee machine, I haven't even seen a fridge. so saying it's a Bed and breakfast is false information. Bed is also way too soft.
