Extremely friendly staff, the breakfast was also very good and plentiful. The rooms were spacious enough, free water & coffee provided by the hotel. I cannot stress enough how good the staff is, they are the definition of hospitality. Rooms were fairly clean, no noise coming from the outside even though it’s in a busy area.

The rooms were a bit dated, could use a refresh.

The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. It's reasonably priced, centrally located and despite being in the middle of a busy area, is on a quiet street - we had no particular issues with noise

We stayed in 3 rooms, AC in room 204 did not cool like other two rooms especially during day time. I informed the staff, and no action was taken. Also, we extended our stay throug the front desk and all room types were available through booking.com & priceline.com and I informed staff about the AC not cooling, he said if you mentioned it yesterday, we would at least change your room, I told him I did inform the manager, he said that he is sorry as no rooms were available! The worst part is that when we came back at night to the hotel at 11 pm, no electricity and we were not offered any options, I asked them if they can accommodate us in another hotel. The called another hotel and informed me that they can offer me one room for two people, I didn't take it as we are 6 people occupying three rooms. Other hotels in the area were not impacted! Opening the window, the noise was so loud and we slept in the morning as it cooled and we were very tired. I recommend installing backup batteries for emergency lights in the corridors and for the security cameras and wifi service. As no candles or flashlights were available to show us the way 2 floors up.
