Super bien placé, le personnage au petit soin, propre et parfait

Öncelikle depreme dayanıklı çelik bir yapı olması ve sadece 2 kattan oluşması, bu oteli ilk tercih sebebimdi. Daha sonra otele gittiğim zaman, otelin konumu, odaların genişliği, personelin yardımseverliği, geceleri bölgenin nispeten sessiz ve güvenilir olması otelin öenmli artıları. Otele ulaşım için karayolu kullanmak zorunda değilsiniz ki bu İstanbul gibi trafiğin eziyete dönüşebileceği bir şehirde çok öenmli bir husus. Sabiha Gökçen havalimanından metro ile Kadıköy'e gelip, ordan da feribot ile ortaköy'e ulaşmak hem en ucuz hem de en zahmetsiz tercih olur. İstanbul'a tekrar geldiğim zaman yine bu otelde kalacağım.

Kahvaltı seçeneğinin müşterilere sunulması önemli bir artı olabilir. Ayrıca odalarda kıyafetlerin konulabileceği kapalı bir dolap bence öenmli bir eksiklikti.

The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. It's reasonably priced, centrally located and despite being in the middle of a busy area, is on a quiet street - we had no particular issues with noise

Clean and good location.

We stayed in 3 rooms, AC in room 204 did not cool like other two rooms especially during day time. I informed the staff, and no action was taken. Also, we extended our stay throug the front desk and all room types were available through booking.com & priceline.com and I informed staff about the AC not cooling, he said if you mentioned it yesterday, we would at least change your room, I told him I did inform the manager, he said that he is sorry as no rooms were available! The worst part is that when we came back at night to the hotel at 11 pm, no electricity and we were not offered any options, I asked them if they can accommodate us in another hotel. The called another hotel and informed me that they can offer me one room for two people, I didn't take it as we are 6 people occupying three rooms. Other hotels in the area were not impacted! Opening the window, the noise was so loud and we slept in the morning as it cooled and we were very tired. I recommend installing backup batteries for emergency lights in the corridors and for the security cameras and wifi service. As no candles or flashlights were available to show us the way 2 floors up.
