Magnificent air-conditioned apartment on the first floor, sea view, city center and sea 300 m.
Independent 2-room apartment on the garden level of the villa. It includes 1 bedroom, 1 living room with large kitchen area and sofa bed, 1 bathroom with toilet. Very nice south-facing terrace with sea view. Independent access. Sea, beach and city center 300 m. Magnificent landscaped swimming pool accessible to our tenants. Very beautiful and large garden of 1500 m². Tennis court available free of charge 5 minutes walk from the house. Parking in enclosed garden.
The apartment has just been completely redone. The kitchen has a 3-burner electric hob, a hood, a multifunction microwave, a large fridge-freezer. The sofa bed is new. 40" TV. The bathroom with Italian shower.
The swimming pool with a small bath for children and a very nice waterfall.
The sea is 300 m away, reachable on foot in 5 minutes.

The price is too expensive cause first u need to clean the pool by yourself second u gotta clean the whole small apartment yourself before checking out and then there’s also just one bedroom (the bed is pretty small) and then there’s an sofa bed in the kitchen. The manager is very friendly and helpful and there’s a cute big fluffy dog too. It’s near the beach and u can see on the beach and the pool is very big and the neighborhood is very quiet and chill. It was a pretty good holidays apartment.
