Le mobilier est sérieusement à revoir : d’immenses meubles inutiles bouchent le passage dans le séjour qui est assez étroit : il faut enlever ces grands buffets qui empêchent de passer ! L’équipement pourrait être étoffé et modernisé

La situation très centrale pour tout faire à pied (restaurants, plage, marché…)
Le manque de confort et la vétusté des équipements malgré un potentiel de folie! Ce n’est pas adapté aux familles avec enfants en bas âge ni à des personnes âgées à cause de l’escalier (c’est presque une échelle)
