HA-WEI cozy studio in Vienna's western green oasis Pet-friendly!

Very clean. Good location. Ilse was a wonderful hostess. No complaints

The property and apartment itself were very clean, comfy and well decorated! The apartment is about 30-50 minutes away from everything in the heart of Vienna, so if you do not mind taking public transit, then this is a good option! Ilse and Otto were great hosts and made sure we had everything that we needed during check-in! They live in the building so they were always available for any issues that came up! We did have a few issues: the apartment is not friendly for disabled guests. You have to walk up a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment. On the listing, it mentions having a washer/dryer, but it is not mentioned that the washer and dryer was in the basement and shared with the other residents of the building. We also found some stink-bugs in the apartment as well. There was also a lack of supplies in the apartment: we very quickly ran out of hand-soap, trash bags, and toilet paper. There was also a lack of communication when it came to the checking in and checking out process. We arrived to the location with very little information about where to go and what to do.

It was clean, well kept, and Ilse and Otto were kind and welcoming!

We felt welcomed from the first moment. The apartment was clean, it was warm; we had a small kitchen at our disposal, so we could cook; the bathroom was clean and equipped with the clean towels, liquid soap and toilet paper. The view on the main window is beautiful, the wifi was working excellent. The neighbourhood is very quite and just perfect for a good night sleep after a long trip in the noisy and crammed Vienna downtown.
