We stayed 3 weeks and toured a lot during this vacation. Pros: Very safe community Clean house The house has nice spacious rooms. Nice little community Nice little pool area 3 comfortable king-size beds Walking distance to some amenities (Walmart, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants...) Basic kitchen cookware and dinnerware are available. There are local buses running near by, you probably can get by without a car. Cons: Far from a beach Renting a car/ driving in Cancun is not for everyone! Different outside noises affected our sleep In all, we really enjoyed the house and it's community and don't regret our stay!
