About this apartment rental
This home will comfortably fit a family or friends where you can relax after long days of exploring NYC. Our 150 year old brownstone has great charm and character yet recently renovated to be cozy and modern. Guaranteed parking, 35 minute to World Trade via public transport and 20 minute drive into NYC.
What we hope you find here are comfortable beds and feeling like you are at home when you walk through the door. Enjoy cooking home cooked meals in this modern kitchen. The entrance on the ground floor is exclusively yours.
Parking
NJ Transit has a large lot 4.5 blocks away that is free on the weekends. We recommend parking in the south west end of the lot which is closest to our apartment.

WE stayed here for 10 days sightseeing in New York. Milas appartement is wonderful to start to Manhatten every day.The Path to Manhatten starts nearby and Cafe Lafayette is a good breakfast start in the morning. The appartement is really nice, clean and ideal for 4 persons. Mila answered all our questions and problems at once. Thank you so much for that! Thank you Mila ;)

Mila was a great hostess! The home was perfect for the three of us and located perfectly to where we wanted to be. It was clean, beds slept great as well! All amenities were great, especially having a washer and dryer available 😊

This bottom floor location is exactly as it appears online. It is exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. Beds are comfortable; kitchen well stocked, even with snacks. Our host, Mila was very communicative. Location was perfect for visiting our daughter. Highly recommend.
