Main level includes spacious sunroom (unheated), full kitchen and laundry, dining room, bedroom with queen bed, living room with sofa bed, and space for queen air mattress and bedding provided by request. Bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed with memory foam topper and cozy linens. Full bathroom with claw foot tub located close to bedroom. Second bed can be made in the living room with either the sofa bed with memory foam topper and/or air mattress to accommodate groups of up to 6. Private contact-free entrance through large sunroom glass doors with keys in lockbox. Newly added HOT TUB on back patio is open year-round!! Hot tub is for private guest use only, NOT shared with host or any upstairs guests. Newly added pergola with curtains adds further privacy while enjoying a relaxing soak. Therapeutic massage chair in sunroom to melt your worries away! Horseshoes, Yardzee, 2 kayaks, and 14’ trampoline newly added for outdoor fun! (seasonal) Kayaks can be transported upon request, or carried right across the street and put in at the roadside park on the Cheboygan River! Basement with tanning bed/air hockey/dartboard and garage with bikes/outdoor toys may be shared with host through separate entrance to ensure privacy. All linens and towels are provided, and guests are welcome to any kitchen basics and other household necessities. High chair, pack-n-play, toys, games, and books available for little ones by request. ***Upstairs apartment with separate entrance is often used by host and family or other guests. Our entry is on the main level leading to our stairway, so you may hear us coming and going through the locked privacy door. We are always sure to respect our guest’s privacy and keep quiet for renters below, although some noise is to be expected. We don’t mind guests being loud or coming and going after dark - we’re heavy sleepers and easy going.
***We have chickens and ducks in our shed/coop and often have fresh eggs available for guests. They love food scraps and guests are welcome to feed them and give them attention through their fence if they like!
***I take hosting very personally and encourage guests to reach out to me for anything at all - I am always eager to please and want to make your trip as wonderful as possible!! A Ring camera doorbell is at the front entry - ring if you need any assistance during check-in! ***In accordance with new local ordinances, we will become a Bed and Breakfast starting November 2025! Homeowner will remain on site and provide daily breakfast. Host area is separated from guest area with locks on both sides of door for privacy. Please message for details!***
