This three bedroom two bath home has an open floor plan and is perfect for a friends getaway or a multi family vacation with the large deck and large yard make it perfect for games or enjoying a summers evening night on the deck by the gas fire pit. A brand new dock for easy water access and also to accommodate your boat. With direct access to Mullet Lake, Lake Huron, and the Cheboygan River you will have some of the best fishing northern Michigan has to offer In all seasons. You are just 7 miles from Black Mountain recreation area with over 30 miles of trails for hiking 60 miles for off roading vehicles and 80 groomed miles for snowmobiling. The area is ideal for any type of outdoor adventure. There’s no better place for quad ride, snowmobiling, moto crossing, or SXS!!

Place was amazing. We were able to keep our boat at the dock. We took trips to the bridge, Mackinaw Island, Les Cheneaux Islands, Boblo Island, and Mullet Lake. The host was great and made sure our stay was amazing.

We absolutely loved this property. The view of the river was beautiful. The house itself was very nice and comfortable. Especially loved the outdoor propane fire pit.

We needed a place in Cheboygan as we had my father in law’s birthday party in the area. There were a few of us from out of town, so we rented this for my husband and myself, our son and his wife and baby, our daughter and my mom. It is quite large and the deck is huge. It was perfect for our gathering had absolutely everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, serving dishes, utensils etc. We didn’t need anything! Large dining area and two nice sized sitting areas that would provide more sleeping. Everything was super clean! Thank you so much, and if we ever need to get a rental in Cheboygan again I will definitely search that out first.
