## THE APARTMENT
Beautiful fully renovated apartment in the heart of downtown Bordeaux, located at a prestigious address in the Triangle d'or.
Come and make yourself at home in this cosy and welcoming apartment, beautifully decorated in an urban and friendly atmosphere, organized around a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and upholstered armchair, 2 comfortable bedrooms, one fitted with a 160 cm double bed and storage space, the other with a 2-person sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail, and a separate WC. Warm, coordinated furnishings. Located on the 4th floor, without elevator, enter the living room through 3 small steps and enjoy a breathtaking view of Bordeaux's rooftops. Reversible air-conditioning.
A cot can be provided at a cost of €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair.
## DEPOSIT
As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €350 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €4.50 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.
## EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.
## THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in the chic, attractive and pleasant district of Bordeaux in the heart of the Golden Triangle, you will have access to luxury shops, Michelin-starred restaurants and traditional brasseries such as Le Noailles, tourist activities, art museums such as the Bordeaux Museum of Fine Arts, the public garden, the Place de la Bourse, all within walking distance!
On the one hand, the district is delimited by the Cours Georges Clémenceau and the Place Tourny, the famous Golden Triangle with the Place de la Comédie, the Place des Quinconces and the Grand Théâtre. The Place des Grands Hommes, a neo-classical district, reflects the new vision of urban planning after the French Revolution.
On the other side are the town hall (the impressive Palais Rohan), the Saint-André cathedral and the Pey-Berland Tower, a bell tower topped by a gilded bronze statue of the Lady of Aquitaine.
## ACCESS
From Mérignac airport
Take tram A Mérignac Airport station to Mériadeck station then walk 13 mins.
From Saint Jean station
Take tram C from Saint Jean station to Quinconces station then walk 4 mins.
To park your car, street parking is free only between 7 pm and 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public car park "Clémenceau-Auditorium" is located 50 meters from the flat. One day's parking will cost you €22.

Very clean and tidy apartment
Late arrival concierge Loïc was fantastic - lovely helpful young man
No toilet paper.
One bed was hard as a rock.
Only one 2-seater couch.
Only one bed made up despite 3 guests.
Water pressure in Shower non existent
Floor boards in toilet creaky - wakes the whole house up in middle of night!
However, nice central location. About 30 min walk to quay and town centre. Safe area.
Loïc made our stay worthwhile. Incredibly helpful and friendly
