About this apartment rental
Modern guesthouse with spectacular views, ski-in/ski-out access, and a private hot tub. Fully equipped, beautifully maintained, and minutes from downtown Crested Butte.
Teocalli 2 is a two-bedroom, two-bath guesthouse on the lower level of our home, with sweeping mountain views from nearly every window. The guesthouse is reached by going down two and a half flights of stairs, but it is well worth the trek.
The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a natural latex foam king mattress and an en-suite bath with a bathtub and a rain shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, its own TV, and access to the second full bath. A very comfortable pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more. Radiant in-floor heating keeps the whole space warm, and dimmable, scene-controlled lighting lets you set the mood with a tap. Unwind in the living room with a 55-inch TV.
The modern kitchen has an induction cooktop and is stocked with everything a home chef could want. There is no full-size oven, but a large countertop air fryer oven handles roasting and baking. A fully stocked coffee station, a tea station, and filtered water are included.
Outside, your private patio has two sofas, a fire pit, and a six-person Vita Spa hot tub, perfect for sunset views or stargazing after a day on the mountain.
In winter, ski-in/ski-out access is via a ski trail directly across the street. This route requires intermediate (blue-level) skiing ability. Beginners can take our complimentary First Tracks Shuttle to the Base Transit Center, where free buses also connect to downtown Crested Butte and Gunnison. In summer, hiking and biking trails start right outside your door.
Maximum occupancy is 6. Two parking spots are provided per the approved parking plan, and there is no street parking. STR license number 301602.

Our stay at this property was the much-needed get away we were searching for! The beautiful, quiet property was close enough to all that Crested Butte has to offer but enough out of the way that the privacy and solitude we were looking for was achieved! The hot tub views were amazing after an afternoon of hiking through the wildflower hills within walking distance of the house. The hosts were very responsive to any of our questions. We look forward to staying here on a future visit to CB!
