About this house rental
Location! Location! Location! his luxury condo is just a short walk from all the winter skiing and summer activities that CB has to offer. In fact the condo building is actually Ski In and only a short 70 yard walk to catch the lifts at the base area. Throw in jaw dropping views with luxury furnishings and you have the start of a fantastic vacation! In fact the owner even includes 2 mountain bikes for your use at no cost in the Summer. Since they rent in town for $75 per day per bike, that saves you $150 per day on your vacation!
Crested Mtn North condos have a fabulous location right at the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. This particular unit has been completely remodeled down to the studs with high end finishes and furnishings. The views are breathtaking of Mt. CB and it is just a short walk to the lifts whether skiing in the winter or hiking and biking in the Summer.
Park your car in the heated garage, head up the stairs, and step into this fantastic property. The living room is spacious and has a gas fireplace, oversized TV, and a desk/work area. There is a pull out sleeper sofa for the kids and the open concept living with plenty of comfy seating is sure to please everyone. The gourmet kitchen has high end appliances and is equipped with everything you need for that perfect meal. Sit down at the large dining table and take in the fabulous views and the cool mountain air from both of the sliding patio doors which step out onto the covered decks with adirondack chairs.
Down the hall you will find the master suite with King bed, desk/work area with fabulous views of Mt. CB, and the sumptuous en-suite bath with shower and oversized tub. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and it's own access to the covered decks and a bedroom with twin beds and a private deck. The guest bedrooms share a full bath just outside in the hallway with high end finishes and a shower. There is a powder bath along with a full sized washer and dryer in the hall should you need to do laundry while you are here. Ready to soak your cares away at the end of the day, the shared hot tub is just a few short steps in front of the building and ready to help those tired muscles. The Free Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. Crested Mountain North is within close walking distance of the main transit center. The summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; the winter schedule runs every 15 minutes.

Im a huge review person - so I try to give honest feedback on my stays. On morning of checkout, I tried to find just one thing that was negative about this place and experience but couldn’t…. Everything was perfect. The accommodations were great for our party of 7. You don’t need anything in the kitchen…even a large slow cooker! The location was great. Less than a 5 minute walk to slopes. The communication with the property manager was just awesome. We never had to wait for anything we asked via email. So thankful we booked here…made our vacation that much more amazing!
