We had a good time at this place. The pictures make it look a little nicer than actual but the layout is good for large group. A couple minor things could make this place perfect. They only give you a small amount of toilet paper and paper towel to get you started. The pool heater wasn’t always working but when it did, the pool was nice. Outdoor lighting by the pool is little to none and I think that would help the outdoor area tremendously. Neighborhood is a little rough to go through but no issue with the neighbor's.

Great location. Mostly clean, other than a dirty kiddy cup under the couch & 5 HUGE roaches we killed in the two bdrms. Two bdrms closest to the entrance felt like an oven- no AC, we slept with the bdrm doors opened. & pool was cloudy, although it was communicated that it was treated & safe to swim in.
