The view is amazing and Giorgio and Dennis were so helpful and very kind . The villa is huge but is a little run down with several areas just not maintained . The pool urgently needs repainting as paint is coming off everywhere so is concerning with children . Shutter in main bedroom had not been repaired so you were awoken by sunrise every day . Projector in cinema room did not work and was not replaced . Marble floors were lovely but carpet in main bedroom was very stained and worn . Dishwasher didn’t clean so we had to wash dishes . Part of the hob didn’t work. Glasses all mismatched . Just the standard was not reflective of the rate charged . It has the potential to be an amazing property to match its amazing view . It just has not had the money spent to maintain its initial standard . Giorgio and Dennis ( property managers) were helpful with any request we had ie even offering to provide us with fish from local fisherman . I believe they are not provided with funds to fix the areas detailed above . In saying the above it has such a lovely view and we enjoyed our stay there

Our thanks to Allesio and Giorgio for taking good care of us. We highly recommend! By the way, the listing says zero bathrooms when we booked originally. Actually there are 4 that are ensuite plus many WC's and extra bathrooms elsewhere. First Class! Wish the elevator worked, but didn't spoil the stay one bit.

We could not have picked a more perfect place for our family vacation! Everything about it was amazing!!!! The view is breathtaking and the house is absolutely beautiful! Alessio was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. The accommodations were fabulous with a great market at the bottom of the hill. Nice is very close for dinner out and Monaco was about 30 min. Merci beaucoup to the entire team…Alessio, Giorgio and Laetitia! You made our trip very special!!
