The Gite PAQUERETTE is located on the 2nd floor of a small residence of 4 apartments, in a quiet area near the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand, and 30 minutes from Annecy.
50m² accommodation, comfortable and functional, clean, composed of a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, etc.), a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed. Each bedroom has a bathroom. TV in the living room. Private terrace. Access to the on-site spa is included, as is the heated swimming pool in summer.
The apartment is located on the heights of Saint Jean de Sixt, 200 m from the village, shops and restaurants. Free shuttles will take you to the foot of the slopes.
These rentals ensure you cozy comfort, while using renewable energies (wood heating and solar hot water).
In addition to your rental, you have access to a garden with children's games, a collective barbecue area for rent, and to the facilities of our establishment: swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi...

We had a really nice stay in the apartment. It was spacious and well equipped Enjoyed the use of the spa, hotel bar, table football, sledges and morning croissant delivery and even drying our gloves. Thank you very much
However, disappointed that Homeaway charged us such a large service fee for the booking
