100m² apartment 'cozy' on the 1st floor of a typical Savoyard chalet with 3 apartments. Located 500m from the village center, at 38 Michelin road Riffroids district, 100 m from the ski lifts. View of the Aravis mountains, the mountains of the Etale and Beauregard and ski slopes. Private grounds around the cottage (summer: garden furniture and barbecue). Parking near the chalet.
