Come and stay at one of the most unique properties on Lake Hamilton with the most amazing views! This is the ultimate location for Memorial, Independence, and Labor Day fireworks. This home offers the vintage charm of the historical 1925 Ouachita River cabin with modern interior updates.

Spend lazy evenings in the shared furnished patio with a propane grill and firepit. You can also bring your fishing rod and take your chances with all the fish in the lake. The dock is available for your use, so take advantage of it and bring your boat!

Inside, you can see the lake from every room of the cottage. The inviting living room offers a YouTube TV-enabled TV and comfortable furniture throughout. Sleep in the gorgeous sunroom with lake views on the most amazing sleeper sofa. The beautiful kitchen is complete with modern appliances, which include a spacious built-in fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. If you are traveling with a larger group or more families, this retreat can be booked together with other two homes for the perfect group vacay!

THINGS TO KNOW
The Magnolia, The Azalea, and The Bungalow are all located behind the same gated peninsula on Lake Hamilton. Together, all three could accommodate up to 30 guests.
The property comes equipped with dedicated covered boat slip space.
This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
