About this house rental
Perfect for families and friend gatherings! This updated home features 3 bedrooms - 2 king and 1 double - plus a large bonus room with 4 twin beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other two full bathrooms are located close to the bedrooms. There is a laundry room, should one need to wash and dry. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, i.e., pots, pans, serving dishes and utensils. Plan to cook for the group? There is a crockpot and an electric griddle.
Plenty of seating for everyone. The breakfast room and the outdoor deck dining offer seating for 6; formal dining accommodates 8.
The large open floor plan includes a cozy sunroom with lake views and a den with generous seating and a 55-inch TV. There is a desk and an office chair if work is inevitable. The home has WiFi and Smart TV.
Spend some time outdoors. Relax on the expansive deck leading down to a grassy, lakefront lawn where a fire pit and Adirondack chairs sit lakeside. Catch an amazing sunset! The deck, dining room, and sunroom all offer amazing sunset views across the main lake. The deck has four lounge chairs, a gas grill, and covered seating. Want to do something more than lounge? Try fishing off the covered dock or swimming right off the lawn. There are two kayaks available for use. There is uncovered side boat dock mooring available to guests.
Electric your mode of transportation? EV charging is available for a small fee. And, the home has plenty of parking, including a covered portico for two vehicles.

We came to HS to meet up with family who were staying in VRBO houses at the lake as well. We really loved this house and regret not being at the house enough. So we made a note to return for a relaxing weekend on the lake. We rented a boat and had a big time!

Do not hesitate to rent this property !! In 10 mins you are downtown Hot Sorings enjoying all the things it has to offer!!! Uber and door dash will also make a timely delivery !!! The lake is just gorgeous and the dock and kayaks and HUGE deck with all the amazing furniture to relax on is just top notch!!! Will definitely rent this spot again without any hesitation!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this lake house! The house is just as pictured and gave us the perfect amount of room for our 2 families (4 adults, 5 teenagers). Highlights of the house include the back deck with plenty of seating options, the kayaks and paddleboat for use in the lake, and the spacious 4 twin bed room, which the teenagers loved! The home is in a great location and we had easy access to all the local sights. We visited Garvan Woodland Gardens, (the spring tulips are amazing!) Lake Catherine State Park and Hot Springs National Park while here. But if you stay here, be sure to also plan plenty of time to just enjoy the house- it has all the entertainment you need!
