About this house rental
Your Winter Getaway! Walking and biking distance to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor Wiggins State Park, Pavilion Plaza, and Mercato. This beautiful 2015 built rental boasts 3 bedroom plus den, 3 full bathrooms, and a 2 car garage. The upgrades include tile floors throughout, tray ceilings in the great room & kitchen, gorgeous custom cabinets, screened in lanai with heated pool and sittings area, double vanity in master bathroom, oversized island, and outdoor television. The home has been freshly decorated and painted. We provide 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and 2 bicycles. Some artwork has being switched out since the photos were taken, & the Peloton has being removed.

Great house an location although they were putting in storm sewers and re-paving the road but we worked around that with ease. Mike the property manager was outstanding and when we had a few minor issues, he was all over it and solved any issues we had. Great guy.

This property presented well. Nice pool area, nice size kitchen, plenty of room for family and friends to relax. Perfect location, close to the beach, shopping, and incredible restaurants. Good communication with the owner!
